Email and Password: How to change?

If you need to change the email used to login on Postgrain, follow the steps below. 

There are two ways: 

First one: 

1. Click on Settings (in the top corner of the screen): 

2. User Data > Edit user data

3. In the panel of User Data you can change: 

Name;

Email;

Country;

Language;

Timezone. 

Then, in the last option, you can change de password. Click on Access data > Update Password. 

Second One: 

In case of error or even following the step by step the user can not change email or password, it is possible to contact Support at the help button is inside the question mark symbol that appears in the upper right corner:

Change email: 

To make the change through support, you must email support@postgrain.com with the following information:

• Current Email
• New email;
• Username of all profiles linked to the account;
• Copy of your ID. 

Change Password: 

To make the change through support, you must email support@postgrain.com with the following information:

Inform the email of the account;
Confirm the username of all profiles linked to the account;
