How to use new story

It's very important you save your media with that settings to get a better result: 

• 1080x1920, aspect ratio 9:16 (vertically).
• RGB color setting
• 3 Channels
• 8 bits
• JPEG and, if video, the file must be in MP4.
• Maximum time for videos: 15 seconds

Note: Your file video need to be edited, cause we don't offer editor to videos on Postgrain, ok? 

Note: If you want to use link in your stories, make sure that your profile get those requirements. Otherwise, it won't works:

• Your profile need to be Business;
• Get more than 10.000 followers.

Important: 

It is possible to schedule a New Story without the need for a 5 minute break, but it is important to note that there is no guarantee that the stories should go in the correct sequence, as there are some factors that may contribute to those that are published in order, as already happens in the Instagram app, often due to instabilities or slow internet.
