Direct Messages: why I can't see a message?

It's possible to communicate with followers and customers through at Postgrain's Direct Messages. Photos can be sent as normal except videos and audios. But the Postgrain doesn't support some formats, so when the media don't show,  the follows messages will be displayed:

- Photos and videos produced with the Instagram camera inside the DMs.
