Can't add my profile, what could have happened?

Tried to add a profile and couldn't? Here are the possible causes.

1. Instagram down: 

Any instability in Instagram can prevent the profile from being connected to Postgrain.

2. The device used by Postgrain to connect to the profile has failed.

Postgrain uses an Android device to connect profiles. If at the time of attempting to add the profile the device is experiencing problem, Postgrain will not be able to connect to the profile successfully.

In either case, just wait a few minutes and try to connect the profile again. If the issue persists, please contact our live chat support.
